Short, because it is simple.
What we collect on this site, why, and what we don’t do with it.
Contact form
When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter (name, email, business, and your message, plus any optional fields) along with the page you came from. Submissions are processed by our hosting provider’s form service and delivered to hello@rankovilabs.com. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss working together. We don’t sell them, share them with advertisers, or add you to a newsletter.
AI visibility check
When you run the quick check, the domain and category you enter are sent to our Rankovi.ai service, which runs live queries against third-party AI engines and stores the results so we can send them to you and review them. If you provide an email address, it is stored with that run and used to send the results and follow up personally.
Analytics
If site analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages and actions are useful. No analytics data is combined with form submissions to identify you.
Your choices
Email hello@rankovilabs.com at any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
