Proof of thinking. Proof of building.

Not a gallery of homepages. Each case shows how strategy, the digital system, and measurement fit the business they were built for — and keeps what was built separate from what was measured.

How we report results

What was built. What was measured. What we actually know.

Every case study here follows the same structure: the business problem, what we built, what we measured, what the evidence does and doesn’t establish, and what we’d do next.

We publish numbers with their date and method. We don’t equate an AI mention with a recommendation, a citation with trust, or visibility with revenue. If a result can’t be attributed to the work, we say so.

We’ll build around that.
