SWFL Health & Hydration

A single-location, RN-administered IV therapy business that serves three counties by mobile visit and from one office. We built the website around how its buyers search and book — then measured how it appears when buyers ask AI assistants who to call.

01 / The business problem

Clinical credibility in a category full of pop-ups.

IV therapy in Southwest Florida is crowded with spa-style and pop-up offers. SWFL Health & Hydration is different — every IV is placed by a Registered Nurse under physician-supervised protocols, delivered to homes, hotels, and vacation rentals across three counties or in a Fort Myers office.

Buyers don’t search the way the category markets itself. They search by treatment (“NAD+ therapy,” “hangover IV”), by place (“mobile IV Naples,” “IV therapy Cape Coral”), and by symptom (“I just moved to Fort Myers and feel constantly drained”). A website that isn’t organized around those questions makes the buyer do the work — and loses the booking to whoever answers first.

The job was to earn trust fast, answer the questions buyers actually ask, make every market feel served, and get people to a booking with as little friction as possible.

03 / What was measured

Twenty buyer questions. Four engines. Three passes each.

On October 8, 2026 we asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity twenty questions a Southwest Florida buyer would ask, three times each, with live web search on and the buyer located in Fort Myers.

Grounded answers240/24020 prompts × 4 engines × 3 passes. Zero failed, zero ungrounded.
Commercial answers naming SWFL106/12088.3% of the ten “who should I call” prompts, across all engines and passes.
All answers naming SWFL148/24061.7% across brand, commercial, and problem-aware prompts combined.
Answers citing the site149/240swflhealthandhydration.com linked as a source — the engines read the site, not memory.

Answers naming SWFL, by engine of 60 per engine

Answers citing swflhealthandhydration.com of 60 per engine

The four engines land within three mentions of each other. When independent search systems agree this closely, the cause is the site and its footprint — not one engine’s index.

04 / What we know

What this evidence establishes — and what it doesn’t.

Supported by the data

What we can say

  • At the moment of purchase — “best mobile IV in Fort Myers / Cape Coral / Lee County / Charlotte County” — every engine named SWFL in every pass.
  • Every question about SWFL by name was answered correctly and cited the site.
  • Service-specific queries (NAD+, ozone IV) were a clean sweep across engines.
  • 149 of 240 answers linked directly to swflhealthandhydration.com, so the engines are reading the site rather than guessing.
  • Two soft spots are visible: Naples (Collier County treated as a separate market by Claude and Perplexity) and the athlete/recovery use case.

What we don’t claim

  • A “mention” is not a measured recommendation rank, and a citation is not an endorsement.
  • This is a single baseline. There is no pre-build measurement, so we don’t claim a percentage improvement caused by the website.
  • Mentions are not leads, bookings, or revenue. Those are tracked separately in analytics and the booking system.
  • AI answers vary by prompt wording, time, engine version, and location. Results will drift; that’s why we re-measure.
  • No claims about medical outcomes. Visibility is about being found, not about efficacy.
05 / Next opportunities

Earlier in the journey, nobody is the answer yet.

Five of seven problem-aware prompts returned zero mentions of SWFL across all four engines — and zero mentions of any other local provider. The engines answered with generic health explainers citing national medical sites.

That isn’t a loss to a competitor. It’s open ground: the page that answers the question hasn’t been written by anyone in the market. The two partial exceptions point the way — when symptom language meets a location the engines already associate with SWFL, SWFL starts to appear.

  • Answer-first pages for each symptom question — fatigue, recovery, hangover, NAD+ benefits, new-to-Florida fatigue — written to the question as asked and anchored to Fort Myers and Naples.
  • A Naples service page with Collier County specifics, so Claude and Perplexity place SWFL there the way ChatGPT already does.
  • An athlete and recovery page for the Bonita Springs and Estero fitness market.
  • Re-measure after publishing. Same twenty prompts, same engines, same method — so movement is attributable to the content, not the measurement.
What this means for the business
At the moment of purchase, SWFL owns its home market in AI search. The growth is in the questions buyers ask before they know they want an IV.
